The use of the BigWarehouse website is governed by the terms and agreement set forth below. Please read them carefully.

Throughout this website BigWarehouse may be referred to as 'us', 'BigWarehouse', 'vendor', 'we'. Customer is the individual or organisation who is using the website and its services, and may also be referred referred to as 'you' or 'customers'.

Pricing

We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors on prices. Due to circumstances beyond our control which may affect product availability or price we reserve the right to withdraw or re-price any product we advertise.

Postage

We strongly encourage you to pay for insurance at the time that you place your order. BigWarehouse will pay the postage for any item(s) that are shipped in a domestic 500g Australia Post bag (including packaging). Dimensions are 350mm x 220mm when flat - remember to allow for suitable packaging.

Returns / Restocking / Cancellations

In general BigWarehouse does not accept returns except where require by law. Most parts are ordered especially to fill your order so there are no refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. Please choose carefully. Items listed as "Available" will be ordered in especially and will be supplied within 60days , these orders can not be cancelled within the 60 day supply time. If we cannot honour an order for any reason a full refund will be provided.

Any returns that BigWarehouse accepts that we are not legally obliged to, will be subject to a 30% or $20 restocking fee, whichever is greater.

Backorders

Parts Availability

BigWarehouse makes every effort to ensure that parts listed on our website are available. Occasionally a part maybe no longer available, in which case we endeavour to source and supply an alternate or equivalent part as advised by the appropriate manufacturer. Any alternate will be supplied at the same price as the original part. If parts are not available and no alternate can be sourced we will provide a full refund for the price of that part.

Specifications and pictures

Images displayed on this web site should be regarded as illustrative and for informational purposes only. Exact specifications may differ from photos- for example when a manufacturer has specified an alternate or uprated part.

Projection Bulb/Lamps

Projection bulbs and lamps carry only the manufacturer warranty, normally 90days unless otherwise stated on this site.

Liability

Many of the products sold on our website are not suitable for installation by the general public. We strongly advise that, where applicable, spare parts purchased from our website are installed by suitably qualified tradespeople. BigWarehouse accepts only the liability that we are required to by law.

Refunds

In the event a part is no longer available refunds are processed on the first working day of each month.
