The courier was good but no one was at home so I had to wait till the next day to get the parts maybe let the customers know that they have an option to request that parts be left at the premises in some hiding place.
However service was quick and I saved a lot of money doing it myself and very proud of my efforts that I could change parts etc Thankyou

I have been looking for this part for over two years. I was told by service techs that there was no way I could get a new part and they would have to replace the whole dryer. While the part was expensive I cannot fault your service.

Donna I was very impressed in the level of email follow up after the order was placed.
As I only requested the standard postage service I expected that the item would take the delivery time that it took.
The purchased item had to come from Corrimal to Sydney so that it can then go to Bundeena so with hindsight I may have considered driving down to Wollongong to collect it in the first place but I realise that this is not always an option.
Whilst I dont have to buy many of your stockline items I have kept the link to you company website and would definitely consider buying from you again as my brother lives at Bulli and parents at Shellharbour I could get them to collect from you if needed.

The delivery time was slightly longer than anticipated.
The parts from Whirlpool would normally be packaged differently and the PCB for this part would normally be in one piece which would then be snapped off into its various sections. The parts delivered were already snapped off and packaged in an adequate but different manner to normal. The technician inferred that these parts seemed to have been used. However on checking with yourselves I was assured that not only were they new but that your company held a 12 month warranty on them. Your replies and assurances were prompt and I accepted them. However it may be in your interest to check as to why the parts were delivered in the manner described.
I was impressed with the efficiency of your service and had already recommended your company to another party.
