Q. What was the symptom / problem with the orignal part?
A.The Plastic fitting at the end of the arm which held the "helicopter blade" section was worn and the "helicopter blade" jammed. This markedly reduced the washing efficiency of the bottom tray.

A.The arm assembly is a push fit and was easily removed and replaced by hand. 02/02/2010

A.The secondary rotor arm failed that resulted in the main rotor not working at all.

A.This part is for a dishwasher, make LG, and is the bottom spinning part that sprays the water around. There is another smaller spinning part connected to the bigger part which was broken. I had to replace the whole part.

A.Swivel arm broke off. Managed to refit a number of times but continued to come off. Googled the problem and found was a common fault with this model. dishwasher and only way to fix was to replace the part

A.The nozzle arm was very noisy when washing - even worse during the pre- wash phase of the cycle. Noticed that the cleanliness of the dishes were not up to standard, eventually the smaller rotation arm nozzle broke off.

A.The plastic seal and thread was broken between the short and long part of the nozzle. I had pulled it apart to remove material that was blocking the water flow vents. After the second time the thread wore out.

A.The nozzle had a part that became distached as well that some of the holes had become blocked with debris. The time it took for the replacement part to arrive was pretty good.

Q. What was the symptom / problem with the orignal part?
A.The plastic nut which holds the spining spray bar on to the main arm was worn.

Q. Did this part fix the problem, and was it easy to fit?
A.Hold the main arm at the centre and pull up vertically, it is only a push fit.

Fit the new part by simply pushing vertically down into the centre socket.

I really appreciate your help in this matter. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and and the easy link to the part I needed provided. The part arrived in a few days. I had gone searching on the internet after the technician who came to look at the air conditioner told us he believed the receiver was the problem but after a week advised us that the parts were no longer available. He did however offer to replace the entire unit for approx $1300.00!!! I already have and will continue to highly recommend your site to people who have spare part requirements.
