BigWarehouse will pay the postage for any item(s) over $30 that fit inside a 500g Australia post bag (including packaging).

In general BigWarehouse does not accept returns except where require by law. Please choose carefully. (Tip:Double check your model number)
By selecting an Australia Post delivery option you are agreeing to the Australia Post terms and conditions. We do not replace lost or damaged items unless insurance is taken on the delivery - however some compensation may be available by claiming through Australia post, Click Here for Australia Post Terms.
Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three days after delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
If goods received are not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the goods as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
BigWarehouse owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
Shipping Insurance will only cover the product cost in the event of lost or damaged shipment, it does not include shipping or the shipping insurance portion. In some cases the product must be returned to BigWarehouse in order to process the claim, if the item is not returned no claim can be processed.
